The Farm Store by Valley of Hope Farm Grand Opening

The Treasures of the Farm right here in the city

The doors are open and all the good things are inside and waiting for you at the Farm Store by Valley of Hope Farm in the  Southside Town Mall in Grayson. Owners Stephen and Missy Owens are pleased to bring the items produced on their working farm to a storefront in the city -- and look forward to putting the finishing touches on their commercial kitchen which will make sandwiches and more food products available soon.

Care and quality are hallmarks

It is easy to see that each item in the store is crafted with care and attention to detail. A quick turn around the displays will reveal homemade jams & jellies, sweet treats, beautiful locally made Christmas ornaments, hand-crafted wood products, afghans made from locally produced wool, clothing woven from alpaca yarns and more.

You will be amazed at the wood products that have gone from rough lumber to trays, charcuterie boards, knives and other utensils. Make sure you look for the "little cutters", wooden blades safe enough for children but perfect for trimming crusts of bread, cutting dough and soft cheeses -- perfect stocking stuffers for the little kitchen helpers in your house.

Locally raised meats available

Local cooks will find grass-fed meats available that are certain to take anything they prepare to the next levell in flavor. Bacon, ground beef, bone-in ribeyes, brisket, sausages, baby back ribs, and rump roasts  are in stock just waiting to find places on your dinner table.

Visit the Farm Store by Valley of Hope Farm at 126 S Carol Malone Blvd, in the Southside Town Mall.
