Third Tuesdays of the Month

The Grayson Area Chamber of Commerce is pleased to offer "Mix & Mingle" Business After Hours events as evening networking opportunities for our members and member guests.

Mix & Mingle events provide an informal atmosphere to strengthen bonds between members and celebrate our business community. With less structure than a usual Chamber meeting, M&Ms are the perfect chance for casual interaction and conversations, exchanges of ideas, business networking, and contact-making.

The events also provide opportunities for the host(s) to highlight their business (or mission) and the goods and services they provide to the community. 

M&M events are free to attend by Chamber members and their guests and may be hosted by Chamber members in good standing. A Chamber member can be a sole host or choose to partner with other members and share hosting duties.

The Chamber recommends hosting on the third Tuesday of the month, between the hours of 5 pm - 7 pm.

• The host(s) is responsible for providing all the food and beverages for the event
• Food should include at minimum heavy appetizers, paper products, and plastic utensils
• Beverages should include soft drinks and water with appropriate paper products
• Provide adequate space to accommodate up to 100 guests
• Provide parking and restroom facilities
• Provide one 6-foot table and two chairs for the registration area
• Provide door prize(s)
