    Fresh Start Health provides immediate outpatient and telehealth access to Family Medicine, Primary Care, Addiction Medicine, Psychiatric, Hepatitis, PrEP and HIV treatment. Fresh Start also offers Counseling, Peer Support, Case Management, Vocational Training, Jobs and Transportation services. 

    We have locations in Grayson, Boyd, Rowan and Lewis counties!

    History

    Founded in 2018

    We started out in Ashland and at that time we only specialized in addiction medicine.  But we soon learned that once our patients were stabilized they began to think about their primary care needs again.  So we started providing that as well.  That has grown into us providing behavioral health therapy and psychiatric care.  There's not much we don't do for our clients!
